  • What types of pets do you care for?

    We provide care for a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, bearded dragons, birds, turtles, and various other species.

  • Will I get to meet my pet sitter?

    An advantage of choosing No Meaux Worries is our collaborative approach. Although you might not have a chance to meet your sitter beforehand, find comfort in the fact that our entire team is extensively trained and committed to delivering exceptional care. Each team member undergoes thorough training and background checks, ensuring they possess the required skills to cater to your pet's requirements. Trust that your beloved pet will consistently receive top-notch care from our capable and well-informed team.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least three days before the first day of service to not be charged. If the cancellation is made with less than three days’ notice, then the client will be charged 50% of the total.

  • How will I know when a sitter has been to my home?

    Our clients have access to a mobile app that provides you with instant updates on the status of visits to your home. Once we have completed a visit, we will send you a report card including pictures so you’ll never have to wonder how your pets are doing!

  • Do you provide services on holidays?

    Yes. We are open 365 days per year. We do charge a $10 per day holiday fee on major holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Mardi Gras Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

  • Can I drop my dogs off at your home?

    We do not offer boarding. We provide pet sitting services in your home so that animals can remain in their familiar surroundings while you are gone.
